AN £800 prize fund is up for grabs in a panel pool event currently being staged at the Alexandra Snooker Club in Nelson.
Qualifying events are already underway, running for the next two Sundays.
Four players from each qualifying event will then go through to the grand final.
And when that event is staged on Sunday, December 7th, each of the last 16 will be guaranteed a share of the prize fund, and the winner will take away a minimum of £350.
However, players who have already lost in either of the two qualifying events to date are reminded they can re-enter in the two remaining meets.
