BURNLEY Thai Boxing Club held an action-packed show recently at their Hammerton Street venue.
The well-attended event saw 44 fighters take part in a number of decision bouts and demonstrations.

Of the decision fights, Lee Harrison lost by just one point to a vastly-experienced opponent, while the were convincing wins for Rob Lupton, Dom Thompson and Paul Connell.

Johnny Townson was unfortunate to only come away with a draw, while Nafer also had a draw against a more experienced fighter.

And there were also impressive demonstrations from Qal Sahib, Ryan Spencer, Imz, Daniel Howard, Thomas Johnson and newcomer Kev.

The club would like to thank the North West Muay Thai Club's Ken Williams for providing an excellent standard of opponents to help make the day a friendly, but very competitive, one!

The club have British title winner Paul Murphy, Daniel Howard and Neil Fraser in action at a cage fighting show at Carlisle on November 15th, while on the 29th, Lee Harrison, Ryan Spencer, Daniella Tedesco, Johnny Townson, Rob Lupton, Nafer and Dom Thompson compete in their last Thai Boxing show of the year in Melton Mowbray.

Those in action that night would like to pass on their best wishes to Rob Sinclair, who fights the same night for the British lightweight cage fighting title in Liverpool.
